Open it and take everything inside. Head into the abandoned mine's entrance and grab the Pickaxe. Equip it. Head over the bridge to fight your first real enemy, a Molerat. Save here in case you die. You can grab the Rusty Sword and drop down off the bridge to equip it if you want to attack it more efficiently. Anyway, kill it and take its meat.

8 18 comments Top Add a Comment vvolfdan • 5 yr. ago I can enlist some of the best tips I can think of right off the bat: First of all, do not rush into the game. Take your time, talk and listen to all NPCs. Explore as much as you can, but be careful because you will die very easily early on.

1) Leveling - between all the quests in the 3 camps in Chapter 1, you should be around lvl 8-9 when you finally join a camp. Be sure to explore every camp very well in order to get all the quests done. The best order to do quests in is Old Camp 1st, then New Camp, then Sect Camp. Requires the least amount of running around.
